Make Your Own Contact Form With File Upload And Captcha

Now you can make your own contact form with file upload option and including captcha without any third party apps and free. Finally after a lot of experiments from few days, I am able to gather all the required files and mix them together. You can put your contact form either in sidebar or in your posts or even in pages. Blogger has released its official Contact form. But it didn't satisfied the webmaster because it had neither captcha or even file upload option. In my contact form you can upload unlimited of files and of any format. If you want the demo of the contact form you can check out my Contact Us page.
